Stand Up NYC // April 2023

In April, Nicholas was invited to Julie J’s fundraiser show “Stand Up NYC,” a benefit for Black Trans Liberation, The Trans Formations Project, and the Tennessee ACLU. They walked around the event and asked people what they loved about drag. These portraits are of some lovely folks who stopped to chat with them about their passion for self-expression and loving themselves.
